I have stayed in twin room with hot shower and a nice bathroom plus a comfortable bed for 2 nights. The location was perfect and excellent for Flores, near to Casa Ramona as well as the cafe. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Restaurante Tipico Imperio...

Quiet little and absolutely great hotel located not far from center of Flores and the cafe. Nice design, new-fashioned and amazing rooms and amazingly kind staff. Plenty of facilities like: climate control and a work desk. Excellent favourable location, in a quiet area. Great way to end our trip...

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a convenient area and close to attractions. the staff provide excellent service, helping guests book tours and even offering rides to the airport. the rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with spacious bathrooms and effective air conditioning. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, and the cafe/restaurant downstairs serves tasty dishes. the common area on the third floor is a great place to relax or work. the wifi can be weak in certain areas.

The hotel was beautiful and nice, just as you can expect in Flores. the genuinely helpful and extremely accommodating staff attended to all our needs. - the location was comfy and great for exploring this cute area, conveniently close to the airport and Guatemala, as well as the island of Flores. - Additionally, the venue was just a 20-minute walk from Santa Barbara Islet.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there was a lack of noise isolation in the rooms, particularly if you were located on the ground floor near the reception.

The beds were a bit on the firm side for my personal preference, but still provided a decent night's sleep. The hotel's rooftop and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. The location was convenient, with a local restaurant next door offering affordable food and drinks. The included breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was top-notch. Despite some minor issues with the WiFi, I found it to be one of the better connections on the island. I would definitely recommend Casa Ramona as one of the best places to stay in Guatemala.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely hotel in Flores. the staff at Casa Ramona were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped us book tours to Tikal and Yaxha, which were both fantastic. the room was spacious, clean, and had great AC. the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee and avocado toast. the entire atmosphere of the hotel, from the decor to the common area, was beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here!
